There are other programs that groups could use to communicate, but none have the quality that Ventrilo has, especially the benefit of the great people at VentriloServers.biz. They always keep you informed and updated on the latest news. I have noticed there are minimal interuptions for maintenance and never has it been an inconvenience. Great people and great service!! I had no knowledge of how to run a Vent server but knew we needed one for my guild. I did a lot of reserarch in looking for a host and compared their prices and service. I tried VentriloServers.biz and was sold! They have excellent customer service, I have sent emails to them and recieved replies in the matter of minutes. It is so easy to set up a server that anyone that has no knowledge can get it up and running in about 5 minutes. What I like the most is I can go in and make changes to my server (upgrade the number of users) whenever I need to and it's done instantlly! I don't have to wait for someone to authorize it or do it. It's all instant! I've recommended VentriloServers.biz to a few friends for running their Vent servers for their guild's chat program. They do regular maintence and do a wonderful job in letting the admins know when these times will be and typically plan them during odd/off times so that we are never really effected. Clanwarz provides a great service, in all the time we've been using them, we've had very minimal impact. We consistently have over 75 users connected during our events and everyone has been happy. I have had a solid time dealing with your company so far. Having to switch to this company when another left me without service, i haven't been with it for all that long, 3-4 months or so, but i have not had any issues with my service. The tutorials are amazing help to set things up and get the servers up and running quickly and also a big help to making adjustments when needed. If I had an issue that the tutorial did not cover, then it was helped by a tech person very quickly, and resolved within an hour, this only happened once mind you. All and all i would recommend this server to others, and have in fact already, I would also use the company again if needed for upgrades in service or other Ventrilo needs. Nick Counts 
Having switched from a competitor to Clanwarz Ventrilo server all I can say is why didn't I do this sooner!?! I haven't found a need to contact the fine folks at Clanwarz for any problems because I haven't had any problems. We haven't experienced a single outage in the three months we've been with Clanwarz. The Admin Interface is easy to use and I find myself checking in frequently during the day just to see our usage. Jay does an excellent job of communicating with his clients, I receive frequent emails notifying me of payments received, updates to the servers and other server related news. I recently upgraded from a 25 person server to a 75 person and the transition was seamless and incredibly easy. When our World of Warcraft Guild needed a vent server I looked around and found VentriloServers.biz. They had more options and the best prices. I contacted them online and we were set-up and going in just a few minutes. Very easy set-up and they were extremely helpful. They keep us informed of any change or happening with email alerts. We started out small and over the months have upgraded to 50 users and looking to go higher. Very easy to use and set up and we even have a link on our website so we can see who is on vent. I am the GM of a World of Warcraft Guild named Amicitia. We use your ventrilo service for chatting it up with our friends, PvP, Raiding, and much more. Sometimes we just jump on to chat when the game servers are down or when we are working on other projects outside of game. I am very thankful i have found your service. After being victim of a nrgservers meltdown (they still owe me $100, which i will most likely never see) it is nice to have a service that offers great customer support with a user friendly admin panel. I can not tell you how pleased i am with the quality and level of service i have received. All my tickets have a response within a 24 hours period, usually much less. The servers are have been very reliable with little or no down time, come to think of it i can not remember any down time. I Highly recommend Ventrillo servers.Biz for your online Voice needs. They had a server up and running for me in under 20 minutes when my former service shut down without notice. Would just like to say I have been with many Ventrilo hosting companies, but none have shown the support and dedication as this company. Many claim they have it and can do it. But none to date has shown me except them. I need a server that can run with out issues. Customer service has to be top notch. Every company I have been with usually takes a few days to get back to me, some even weeks. This is the only company that does it nearly as soon as I inform them. Hands down this is the only company I will trust to host my ventrilo server. If you don't believe me, give them a try, just for one month. If you don't try you wont know. The vent server we use has been brilliant, the service 2nd to none. We only have a 10 person server and it usualy has 2-5 people in but we have no problems, we had one once but it was sorted within the hour, the tech people are fast at sorting out any problems Thanks alot for your service i would reccomend the service to anyone.
